If the device with appCUE is on a different network than the control system units and the AL server and the UDP broadcast is not running between the networks on the 33 333 port, the following configuration should be used:

- **UDP unicast** messages must be enabled on port 33 333 between given networks.
- An appCUE device must have an **identical IP address all the time** (whether static or reserved on a DHCP server).
- The **actual IP addresses** of all CUEunits (controllers, touch panels, appCUE) must match the IP addresses specified in the CVC project configuration.
- When setting appCUE, enter its **IP address instead of the magic name** of the AL server.
