If this message is displayed longer than 5 seconds it means that the AL server is not available. Possible reasons for this problem: - AL server is not running. - AL server is in different network than device with appCUE runtime. - AL server has different Magic name than set in Local site - Server Magic name. ### Downloading application Application is being downloaded from AL server. ### Unknown login or password There are following possible reasons: - Magic name set in Cue Visual Composer configuration is different from Magic name set in appCUE settings for Local site. - Password set in AL server is different from Password set in appCUE settings for Local site. ### XPL application is for other device XPL application in AL server is created for different device or runtime than appCUE runtime. Magic name in Cue Visual Composer configuration is probably different from magic name in Local site - Magic name. ### XPL application needs later firmware XPL application needs newer version of appCUE runtime. Please update your appCUE runtime. ### There is no free license in the server Free appCUE floating license is not available. # Notes XPL application in appCUE is **suspended **if - AL server is not available. - Password is wrong. - No free license exists in AL server. If a new XPL application is uploaded to AL server and appCUE runtime is in foreground, then appCUE runtime will **automatically download** XPL application from AL server within **30 seconds**. > 📝 If appCUE runtime acquires license from AL server, this license **cannot be acquired by different appCUE** runtime for **30 secends**.
