To access the Admin Web you need a **computer with an internet browser**. The computer must be connected to the same LAN network as the unit.

> ℹ️ In the default unit settings, the **IP address** is obtained from DHCP server. 
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ If DHCP is not available on the network, the IP address is:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ - 192.168.1.128 for touch panels and reservation panels
> ℹ️ - 192.168.1.127 for controllers.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ The default **password **is empty.

If you **know the IP address** of the unit, simply run the Internet browser on your PC and type in the unit IP address.

If you **do not know the IP address** of the unit, use one of the following methods:

> ℹ️ Cue Network Scanner searches the network and lists all CUE devices incl. touchONE reservation system units. This application does not require installation.

Perform the following steps:

1. Download **Cue Network Scanner.exe** (formerly Reservation Suite Scanner.exe) [here](https://www.touchone.eu/EN/Software-and-firmware).
2. Connect the computer to the same LAN as your unit.
3. <span style="color: #231f20">Run Cue Network Scanner.exe.</span>
  
4. <span style="color: #231f20">At</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">top left,</span> <span style="color: #231f20">you</span> <span style="color: #231f20">can</span> <span style="color: #231f20">select</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">filter</span> <span style="color: #231f20">of</span> <span style="color: #231f20">displayed</span> <span style="color: #231f20">units</span> <span style="color: #231f20">by</span> <span style="color: #231f20">type.</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Select</span> <span style="color: #231f20">**Show**</span>** **<span style="color: #231f20">**all**</span> <span style="color: #231f20">or</span> <span style="color: #231f20">**Show**</span>** **<span style="color: #231f20">**touchONE**</span>** **<span style="color: #231f20">**only**</span><span style="color: #231f20"> or </span><span style="color: #231f20">**Show Cue System only**</span><span style="color: #231f20">.</span>
5. <span style="color: #231f20">**Double-click**</span> <span style="color: #231f20">on</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">selected</span> <span style="color: #231f20">unit</span> <span style="color: #231f20">to launch</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">default</span> <span style="color: #231f20">web</span> <span style="color: #231f20">browser</span> <span style="color: #231f20">and</span> <span style="color: #231f20">open</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Admin</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Web</span> <span style="color: #231f20">of</span> <span style="color: #231f20">that</span> <span style="color: #231f20">unit.</span>

# Cue Visual Composer

Perform the following steps:

1. Connect the computer to the same LAN as your unit.
2. Run Cue Visual Composer
3. Go to Tools / Scan CUEunits.
4. At the top left, you can select the filter of displayed units by type. Select **Show all** or **Show touchONE only** or **Show Cue System only**.
5. **Double-click** on the selected unit to launch the default web browser and open the Admin Web of that unit.

# <span style="color: #231f20">File Explorer</span>

To enable your computer to find the touchONE units, network identification has to be switched on your computer. In Windows 10 this can be done in the following manner: 

1. select Start / Settings / Network & Internet.
2. Select Wi-Fi (if your computer has a wireless connection to the network) or Ethernet (if your computer is connected through a cable) in the left half of the screen.
3. If you are connected by cable, click on your network connection in the right part. If you are using Wi-Fi, click on the item "**Advanced options**" below the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
4. Set the item "**Make this PC discoverable**" to "**On**".

Then perform the following steps:

1. <span style="color: #231f20">Run</span> <span style="color: #231f20">File</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Explorer</span> <span style="color: #231f20">on</span> <span style="color: #231f20">your</span> <span style="color: #231f20">computer.</span>
2. <span style="color: #231f20">Select</span> <span style="color: #231f20">"</span><span style="color: #231f20">**Network**</span><span style="color: #231f20">"</span> <span style="color: #231f20">in</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">left</span> <span style="color: #231f20">part</span> <span style="color: #231f20">of</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">screen.</span>
  
3. <span style="color: #231f20">On</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">right,</span> <span style="color: #231f20">you</span> <span style="color: #231f20">will</span> <span style="color: #231f20">see</span> <span style="color: #231f20">a</span> <span style="color: #231f20">list</span> <span style="color: #231f20">of</span> <span style="color: #231f20">devices</span> <span style="color: #231f20">found</span> <span style="color: #231f20">in</span> <span style="color: #231f20">your</span> <span style="color: #231f20">network.</span> <span style="color: #231f20">The</span> <span style="color: #231f20">units</span> <span style="color: #231f20">of</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">touchONE</span> <span style="color: #231f20">systems</span> <span style="color: #231f20">can</span> <span style="color: #231f20">be</span> <span style="color: #231f20">found</span> <span style="color: #231f20">in</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">section</span> <span style="color: #231f20">"</span><span style="color: #231f20">**Other**</span>** **<span style="color: #231f20">**devices**</span><span style="color: #231f20">".</span>
4. <span style="color: #231f20">Double</span> <span style="color: #231f20">click</span> <span style="color: #231f20">on</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">desired</span> <span style="color: #231f20">touchONE</span> <span style="color: #231f20">unit. The</span> <span style="color: #231f20">internet</span> <span style="color: #231f20">browser</span> <span style="color: #231f20">will</span> <span style="color: #231f20">start</span> <span style="color: #231f20">running,</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">unit</span> <span style="color: #231f20">IP</span> <span style="color: #231f20">address</span> <span style="color: #231f20">will</span> <span style="color: #231f20">be</span> <span style="color: #231f20">entered automatically and the Admin Web of the given panel will open in the browser. </span>

# <span style="color: #231f20">IP settings on the monitor</span>

Perform the following steps:

1. <span style="color: #231f20">Connect any monitor to the HDMI output of the touchONE</span>-<span style="color: #231f20">manager.</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Your</span> <span style="color: #231f20">monitor</span> <span style="color: #231f20">must</span> <span style="color: #231f20">be</span> <span style="color: #231f20">capable</span> <span style="color: #231f20">of</span> <span style="color: #231f20">displaying</span> <span style="color: #231f20">FullHD</span> <span style="color: #231f20">resolution</span> <span style="color: #231f20">(1920</span> <span style="color: #231f20">x</span> <span style="color: #231f20">1080).</span>
2. <span style="color: #231f20">You</span> <span style="color: #231f20">will</span> <span style="color: #231f20">see</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">current</span> <span style="color: #231f20">IP</span> <span style="color: #231f20">settings</span> <span style="color: #231f20">on</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">monitor.</span> <span style="color: #231f20">In</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">"IP</span> <span style="color: #231f20">address"</span> <span style="color: #231f20">line,</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">current</span> <span style="color: #231f20">IP</span> <span style="color: #231f20">address</span> <span style="color: #231f20">is</span> <span style="color: #231f20">shown.</span> For touchONE-overview, y<span style="color: #231f20">ou</span> <span style="color: #231f20">will</span> <span style="color: #231f20">see</span> <span style="color: #231f20">this</span> <span style="color: #231f20">page</span> <span style="color: #231f20">only if</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the unit is</span> <span style="color: #231f20">not</span> <span style="color: #231f20">joined</span> <span style="color: #231f20">in</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">reservation</span> <span style="color: #231f20">suite.</span>
  
3. <span style="color: #231f20">Run</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">Internet</span> <span style="color: #231f20">browser</span> <span style="color: #231f20">on</span> <span style="color: #231f20">your</span> <span style="color: #231f20">PC</span> <span style="color: #231f20">and</span> <span style="color: #231f20">type in</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">unit</span> <span style="color: #231f20">IP</span> <span style="color: #231f20">address in the address field.</span>

# <span style="color: #231f20">Touch panel</span>

> ℹ️ This option is only for reservation panels equipped with a touch screen.

Perform the following steps:

1. <span style="color: #231f20">Enter the setup screen of the touchONE panel (tap and hold the panel in the left</span> <span style="color: #231f20">part</span> <span style="color: #231f20">of</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">room</span> <span style="color: #231f20">name</span> <span style="color: #231f20">area</span> <span style="color: #231f20">for</span> <span style="color: #231f20">about</span> <span style="color: #231f20">5</span> <span style="color: #231f20">seconds</span> <span style="color: #231f20">until</span> the <span style="color: #231f20">keyboard</span> <span style="color: #231f20">appears</span> <span style="color: #231f20">along</span> <span style="color: #231f20">with</span> the <span style="color: #231f20">"Enter</span> <span style="color: #231f20">password"</span> <span style="color: #231f20">notice</span>

4. <span style="color: #231f20">On the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">following</span> <span style="color: #231f20">screen,</span> <span style="color: #231f20">you</span> <span style="color: #231f20">will</span> <span style="color: #231f20">see</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">current</span> <span style="color: #231f20">IP</span> <span style="color: #231f20">address.</span>
  
5. Run the Internet browser on your PC and type in the unit IP address in the address field.
6. <span style="color: #231f20">You</span> <span style="color: #231f20">can</span> <span style="color: #231f20">close</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">setup</span> <span style="color: #231f20">screen</span> <span style="color: #231f20">on</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">panel</span> <span style="color: #231f20">without</span> <span style="color: #231f20">making</span> <span style="color: #231f20">any</span> <span style="color: #231f20">changes</span> <span style="color: #231f20">by</span> <span style="color: #231f20">tapping</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">cross</span> <span style="color: #231f20">in</span> <span style="color: #231f20">the</span> <span style="color: #231f20">corner.</span>
