The **touchONE-10-W** is a wall-mounted room reservation panel designed for surface installation on walls, glass, or furniture in meeting rooms, classrooms, and other environments requiring centralised scheduling and status display of AV-equipped spaces.

The panel features a **10.1” IPS color active matrix TFT LCD ** with LED backlight, a resolution of **1280 × 800 pixels** (landscape) or **800 × 1280 pixels** (portrait), **32-bit color depth**, and a **projected capacitive touch overlay** with edge-to-edge glass. It offers wide viewing angles (170° horizontal and vertical), brightness of **min. 300 cd/m²**, and a contrast ratio of **800:1**.

The device includes **RGB LED indicators** around the perimeter for indirect light effects and room status indication (green/red), a **light sensor** for automatic backlight dimming, a **proximity sensor** for display activation, and an optional **NFC reader** (ISO14443A, 13.56 MHz) for user identification. Communication is handled via **Ethernet (10/100/1000 BaseT, RJ-45)** with support for **PoE (802.3af / Class 0)**, **proxy server**, and **802.1X authentication**. The panel supports **video streaming preview** (H.263, H.264, H.265, MJPEG, MPEG-2, VP8, VP9) and operates as a standalone reservation client for calendar systems such as **Microsoft 365, Exchange, Google Workspace, CUE Calendar, IceWarp, Zimbra, and Kerio Connect**.

Internal memory includes **4 GB RAM** and **16 GB NAND Flash (eMMC)**. The software runs on a **dedicated reservation application**, configurable via **Admin Web interface**, with regular firmware upgrades. The physical design features a **slim **aluminium body measuring **248 × 167 × 21.3 mm**, weighing 0.9 kg, and is protected to an **IP30** **rating**. Installation is possible using adhesive foil (e.g. for glass surfaces), screws (e.g. for wood or drywall), or VESA mounts (75 × 75 / 100 × 100 mm). Cable bushings are available from all sides and the rear.
