The **controlCUE-basic** is a compact IP-based room controller designed for integration into meeting rooms, classrooms, and other environments requiring centralized control of AV and environmental technologies.

The unit features a variety of control interfaces, including **1 keypad port**,** 1 bi-directional serial RS-232/RS-485 port**, **1 occupancy sensor port**, **4 universal ports**, and **2 low-voltage relay outputs**. Each universal port can be configured as a digital input or output, RS-232 output, or infrared output, supporting flexible integration with a wide range of devices.

The controller is built on an ARM® processor platform with **256 MB RAM** and **256 MB flash memory**, and includes an onboard real-time clock (RTC) with battery backup for scheduling applications. Programming is handled via **Cue Visual Composer**, and configuration is available through a built-in **Admin Web interface** and **Simple Setup** utility.

Network communication is provided via **10/100 BaseT Ethernet (RJ-45)** with support for **PoE (IEEE 802.3af / Class 0)**, **802.1X authentication**, and **proxy server compatibility**. LED indicators on the network connector show power and link status, and a system default button allows quick reset of IP settings and credentials.

The controller is housed in a compact aluminum enclosure measuring **120 × 30 × 80 mm**, weighing **0.2 kg**, and rated **IP20**. It supports tabletop, under-desk, or wall-mounted installation.

The controller is compatible with CUE keypads and touch panels, and is ideal for AV and environmental control in professional spaces.
