The **touchONE-manager** is an on-premises administration and analytics unit **designed for centralised management** of all components within the touchONE reservation system. It enables complete configuration, monitoring, and firmware updates of connected devices through a built-in web interface and provides advanced analytics and room utilisation statistics. The unit supports integration with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, IceWarp, Zimbra, and Kerio Connect.

The device is based on an **i.MX 8M Quad application processor** with Quad Arm® Cortex®-A53 cores running at 1.5 GHz, complemented by **4 GB RAM** and **32 GB Flash memory**. Network connectivity is provided via a **10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet** interface with an RJ-45 connector, supporting **PoE (IEEE 802.3af / Class 0) **or** PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at / Class 4)**, proxy servers, and 802.1X authentication. HDMI output is available for displaying the IP configuration during setup. Although USB and serial ports are physically present, they are not supported by the application. Power is supplied exclusively via PoE, minimising cabling complexity.

The software includes an integrated web-based administration and analytics platform, allowing IP configuration, suite creation, server and user management, firmware upgrades, and export of room usage statistics for external analysis tools. The system supports up to 150 managed units within a single Reservation Suite and ensures secure communication through encrypted protocols and role-based access control.

The physical design consists of a slim aluminium chassis with IP30 protection, measuring **153.5 × 125 × 25 mm** and weighing 0.4 kg. The unit operates silently with fanless cooling and is designed for surface mounting behind display devices. The device is delivered with mounting accessories and an Ethernet cable, includes free firmware upgrades, and requires no annual license fees.
