First fill-in the registration form.

## Mandatory fields

- **Salutation **– select one of possible choices (Mr., Ms., Mrs.)
- **First name** – fill-in your first name
- **Last name** – fill-in your last name
- **Email** – fill-in the e-mail address you are about to use for communication with [my.cuesystem.com](http://my.cuesystem.com)
- **Retype email** – retype the e-mail here for checking
- **Country **– select country of your origin.

## Optional items

- **I want to create new sites (Cloud manager role)** – check if you need apply of possibility to manage your existing sites and create new sites. If this field remains uncheck then you would be able just to use existing sites which were created by some other users and are shared with your account.
- In case of need to add more info (postal code, addresses, phone numbers… ) then simply select **more registration options**.

To finish registration check “**I’m not a robot**“ field and press **Submit registration**.

> ℹ️ We will keep you informed by e-mail about the progress of registration. As each registration is to be confirmed by CUE, a.s. manually, so it takes some time to finish whole registration. After final confirmation you will receive confirming e-mail with link to create new password for your account.
