For renewing forgotten password select **Forgot your password** choice on [my.cuesystem.com](http://my.cuesystem.com) homepage. On the next page, you will be asked to fill in the e-mail address used in your account. The email will be sent there immediately. When clicking the hyperlink received in this e-mail, you will be forwarded to a page where you could set a new password.

The whole process acts as follows.

> 📝 Due to security reasons it is not possible to send existing password. Instead of this, there is possibility to create new password.
