# Description

The reservation system (RS) enables from firmware 8.00 the integration of the RS panels with the control system. With this applet, it is possible to connect occupancy sensors identifying the presence of people in the room and display this information on the RS panels.

The applet from version 1.11 can handle information from up to 150 sensors. The first 8 of them can be set using properties, the rest can be set using the corresponding API commands.

This document describes how to set applet ReservationSystemOccupancySensorIntegration in the control system controller and all necessary setting of RS panels, which communicat with this controler. Before you start, read SetupGuide - Common Settings. There you will find basic information of the reservation system and a description of the common settings of the RS panels.

# Control system requirements

- You need at least one controller or control system touch panel.
- The controller and touch panel must have firmware 8.00 or newer.
- It is recommended to use a unit with a wired connection to LAN.

# Network infrastructure requirements

For the correct operation of the RS unit it is necessary to ensure the following:

- The unit has to be connected to the same LAN as the touch panels of the reservation system.
- An open TCP port 53128 and UDP port 33333 within the local network for communication between RS panels and the control system. Communication between panels is encrypted using AES-256.

# Reservation system requirements

- Occupancy sensor integration applet 1.08 or older requires RS with firmware 8.00 or newer.
- Occupancy sensor integration applet 1.10 requires RS with firmware 18.00 or newer.

# Settings

In order to set the occupancy sensor, it is necessary to:

1. Add applet ReservationSystemOccupancySensorIntegration to IDE resources and use this applet in selected controller/ touchpanel.
2. Setup the applet Properties and use applet API in your program.
