- Run CVC on your PC and open or create your project.

- Run Scan to find out the IP address of the controller which you are about to use for capturing.

- Create new driver by Right-click In MyProjectResources window and select Create Device.

- A wizard will start to guide you through creating the skeleton of the new driver.

- Fill in device Model, select Manufacturer and press NEXT

- Select the device type and select IR as Connection port type and press FINISH

- The skeleton of the new driver will be created and appears in the CVC working window.
