# DailyWeatherFromOpenWeather

The object is designed for **touchCUE panels** with **FW 15 and newer**. Just insert the *DailyWeatherFromOpenWeather *object on the desired page or window, fill in the properties (location, API key). No additional programming, configuration or connection to control IP channels is required.

# DailyWeatherFromOpenWeatherForOldFirmwares

The object is designed for **touchCUE panels** with **FW 8 to 14**. Panels with this older firmware do not have the HTTPGet function, which is necessary to read data from the provider. *DailyWeatherFromOpenWeatherForOldFirmwares *allows you to call the HTTPGet function from another controller or touchpanel with FW 15 or later, if such exists in your project.

Insert the *DailyWeatherFromOpenWeatherForOldFirmwares *object on the desired page or window, fill in the properties (location, API key). 

The object generates the OnHTTPGet event, which needs to be linked into some CUEunit with FW 15 or newer and the HTTPGet command needs to be inserted into the body of the linked function according to the following example.
