The applet is a part of a program that performs a specific task and it runs within the context of a larger program. The applet has its API which can be used in your application.

Applets are stored in files *.cvcl and can be inserted into section MyProject Resources / Applet collections

The instance of the applet can be created by drag-and-drop from resources to the appropriate CUEunit (touch panel or controller). Applet instances are available in section MyProject Instances / Applets.

Notes regarding sections:

- The General section contains data describing the applet.
  
- The Ir Data Section is not used.
