The following local or global web domains and certificates must be arranged for the CUE Solution installation. The proposed domain names used can be changed according to your habits:

It is necessary to create DNS records for the domains described above and route them to the server. DNS records can be

- Internal for access only from the internal network
- Public for access from outside.

> > ℹ️ If CUE Addin is added to Outlook using a URL and and not by inserting a manifest.xml file, then **the *****touchoneaddin.yourdomain.topdomain***** page must be visible **(must have a public DNS record)** and trusted** (must has valid [public SSL certificate](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/Dep/pages/151322658)) **by Microsoft servers**. Microsoft servers must be able to download this manifest.xml file from this URL.

> Unused domains need to be specified during installation, but there is no need to create DNS records and generate SSL certificates for them.
