#### Go to the download page

- Visit [support.cuesystem.com](https://support.cuesystem.com) and login

- From the top menu click **Downloads**


#### Download CUE Solution Setup

- Installation file **CUE_Solution_Setup_x.x.x.exe** under **Download CUE Solution Setup x.x.x**
- Software for managing the CUE Solution
- Provides installation, update, backup, and restore
- File size approx. 1 GB

#### Optionally download CUE Solution package under **Download CUE Solution package x.x.x**

- Package for offline installation **CUE_Solution_Package_x.x.x.cuepac**
- Contains complete data necessary for installation or update
- File size approx. 100 - 200 MB

#### Optionally download Firmwares package

- Firmware package for offline installation **touchONE_Firmware_x.x.x.cuepac**
- Contains set of firmware for all units
- File size approx. 4 - 5 GB

#### Copy all files to the server

#### Install Cue Control Panel

- Run downloaded **CUE_Solution_Setup_x.x.x.exe** to install **CUE Solution Setup** on the server.
- It is strongly recommended to restart the server after installing **CUE Solution Setup**.
