If you accidentally have some users listed more than once, the upgrade will fail and the previous version will be restored. You will be informed of the duplicate user problem in the log. If this occurs, correct the duplicates by deleting the redundant user records in CUE Admin and run the upgrade again. > ⚠️ To avoid this, **we recommend checking for duplicates in the section *****User management*****, *****Users *****and *****CUE Admin users***** lists before upgrading**. A user can be listed in both the *Users *and *CUE Admin users* lists, but can only be listed once in each list. ## Support for old floorplans will soon be discontinued > ℹ️ This is the **last version** of CUE Solution that **supports old floorplans** - CUE Admin section [Areas / Old floorplan (deprecated)](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/154763316). In the next release, this functionality will be removed. > ℹ️ So, we recommend **switching to the new floorplans as soon as possible**.** **These floorplans are set in the CUE Admin section [Smart building / Areas / Floorplans](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/562823284). ## New email templates for PIN settings There are two new email templates in the CUE Admin *System/Notifications* section, *Set new user PIN by administrator* and *Set new user PIN by user*, which inform users about their PINs.
