## Description

This document is intended for users of Google Workspace subscription. It describes the process of setting up accounts in the Google Workspace and the settings of touchONE system working with these subscriptions.

Before you start, read the touchONE administration guide. There you will find basic information on the reservation system touchONE and a description of the common settings of the panels. Depending on which system administration you will use, see one of the following administration guides:

## Requirements 

For proper functionality of the touchONE reservation system it is necessary to ensure the following:

- **Google Workspace subscription **(Google Apps Free edition, also known as Standard edition, is not supported).
- The **user account for sending emails**: it is necessary to have one user account for one touchONE reservation suite. The reservation system uses this user account to enable touchONE system to send various information emails.

## Settings 

In order to set the touchONE system, it is necessary to: 

1. Create a **project**,** service account** with the certificate and enable **APIs**.
2. Create **room calendar accounts** and a **user account** for sending emails.
3. Configure the touchONE system.
