# Description

- **Mandatory** annual license **to run** CUE Solution.
- Typically one license **per ****installation** required
- One installation means for example one shopping centre, company, hospital, museum, gallery, etc.

# Features

| **CUE Solution Setup** | Installer (*.exe) for installing and updating the complete solution in on-premises deployments. |
| **CUE Admin** | Access to the CUE Admin management application. |
| **License management** | Assignment of licenses for resources, POIs, web applications, and third-party devices. |
| **CUE hardware management** | Connecting units to central management, automatic firmware updates, overview, monitoring, and filtering of units, bulk restart and wake-up. Configuration of both reservation and control units. |
| **Connections and integrations** | Manage connections to external Microsoft365, Exchange and Google calendar servers, our own calendar server CUE Calendar and Webex. |
| **Resource management** | Manage resources, their types, working hours, properties, images, etc. and synchronise them with external calendar server. |
| **User management** | Manage users, their roles, groups, NFC IDs, PIN codes, etc.,  synchronise them with external calendar server and monitor their access to solution. |
| **Web PWA apps** | Set configuration for web / PWA applications that are part of the CUE Solution, i.e. Assist, Addin, Navigation, Web Apps. |
| **Areas settings** | Manage area tree structure with a maps and assignment of resources and others. |
| **Basic map editor** | Basic map editor for drawing points, paths and surfaces. |
| **Service management** | Manage services that can be ordered to specific location or event. |
| **POI / QR codes** | Management of POIs in map and QR codes for use in applications, including categorization and integration with navigation, Monitor & Control objects, reservations, and related features. |
| **Web apps management** | Management of Web Apps and their assignment to CUE units or third-party devices. |
| **News management** | Publish news or important messages in CUE Assist. |
| **Analytics dashboards** | Create analyses based on the data on your premises usage. |
| **BI tools integrations** | Import reservation and navigation data into your Business Intelligence tool in order to create reports and analyses your way. |
| **Notification settings** | Manage the text of emails sent from the solution. |
| **Customization of design** | Customize design of the application, set colours, add your logo etc. |
