# Description

- POI means a **point on the map** that has an associated **QR code** and can be used as
  - **Start** or **destination** for navigation
  - Display of **monitor & control** objects
  - **Reservation** via the CUE Assist application linked to the licensed resource
- License options:
  - **POI Basic** is typically a generic QR code used to start navigation or to specify a position if the user is lost during the journey.
  - **POI Standard** is typically a point on the map that the user is trying to find or that appears in an email invitation. Examples include reception, information kiosk, store/room entrance, toilets, ATM, coffee machine, etc. It can also be used to display control & monitor functions.
