> ℹ️ The CUE Solution licensing model is based on **1-year annual licenses**. Perpetual licenses are available on demand.

When integrating with **third-party calendar platforms** (such as Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace), the licensing model is strictly **project-size-oriented**, meaning the total number of licenses depends on the project scale.

When using the **CUE Calendar** platform, the licensing model is more comprehensive because **users are also licensed**. Consequently, the total number of licenses depends on both the project scale and the total number of **active users**. This model covers individual users, physical resources (resources, POIs), and device-oriented applications.

All upgrades are included in every annual license.

## Ordering

Each order must contain the following information:

- License name
- Product code
- License quantity.

After sending the order, please wait for its confirmation, which will contain:

- **License key** – a unique string of characters like this: 20056f12-2ab2-67e5-d589-a71bd59f5157
- Description of how to continue.
