- Overall, CUE provides broad technical support for its products free of charge.
- Primarily, this support is delivered to authorized CUE distributors, which further forward such technical support and experience to the market.
- Any CUE product user worldwide may use the main support webpage with contact details at [https://cuesystem.com/EN/Technical-support](https://cuesystem.com/EN/Technical-support).
- For hardware and software support please attach the information outlined below. This information is necessary for us to help you successfully.
  - Serial number of the CUE product
  - Firmware version (if applicable)
  - Software version and/or date
  - Provide a description of your problem.
  - Please include as much information as possible related to the problem.
- Technical support typically includes these parts:
  - Documentation – e.g. Data sheets, Quick start guides, Setup guides, Drawings, Connector wiring, and others.
  - Application notes
  - Knowledge base
  - Product repairs – warranty cases / after warranty cases
  - Software – programming tool Cue Visual Composer, firmware for all CUE products (control system, reservation system touchONE), etc.
  - Graphics libraries, Device drivers, Applets, Widgets, Project Templates, and other components for Cue Visual Composer proh´grammin tool.
  - Specific drivers or parts of the code developed for supporting the particular case/customer
  - CUE support team personal involvement – preferably via email [support@cuesystem.com](mailto:support@cuesystem.com)
- All necessary details we are asking to get provided in case of our technical support team involvement are posted on the website at the above link.
- Everyone may contact our support team and can benefit from our strong support and expertise free of charge. On the other hand, such interaction shares a bunch of information on both sides. Some inputs are coming from the customer side, and some answers, examples, parts of code, device drivers, and repaired parts of code are delivered by the CUE technical support team.
- We reserve the rights that the code or its parts (e.g. device drivers, applets, libraries, etc.) provided to CUE Support, mainly classified as general parts, might be used within the team internally or for public purposes and supporting other support cases or users.
- Everyone can also benefit from the fact that we might be using/publishing such device drivers or other code parts to grow our technical support library, which is shared within the community of the CUE programmers. Every shared device driver, applet, etc. should be available to everyone within the community. So, everyone gains access to the entire library with all drivers available, tested, and approved by the CUE technical support team.
- General rules in the text above are defined for CUE technical support and might be revised/changed without previous notice. The goal is to cover copyright issues, which may come into the discussion.
- By accessing or using our free technical support services you agree to be bound by these technical support conditions, which affect your legal rights. If you do not agree to these technical support conditions or do not want some parts of the code to be published, please remove them in advance from the application you send to CUE technical support. Alternatively, change the application code, so it does not contain similar parts.
- Please feel free to get back to us, if necessary, considering each of your cases individually with special care.
