- CUE, a.s. is not liable for parts with limited service life - electro-mechanical fans, electrolytic capacitors, hard drives, displays, consumable parts (i.e. batteries, lamps, etc.), and normal wear and tear of items such as paint, knobs, handles, keypads and covers. The listed parts are not covered under this warranty.
- It is strictly prohibited to repair CUE & touchONE products or change any accessory parts, except those with limited service life.
- The warranty further does not apply to the following cases:
  - Damages are caused by operating the system not according to the conditions defined in the user manual or instruction (wrong power supply voltage, operation outside deferred temperature range, operation in humid environment, and mechanical damages).
  - Damages caused by faulty service, maintenance, connection, and use of other than original connection cable.
  - Damages caused by agencies i.e. incidental or unpredictable impacts (fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, solid electric induction, water, strong wind, theft, vandalism, etc.)
- Damage caused by the number of recording operations over the file system in the controller. This number of recording operations is limited by the producer of the used NAND FLASH chips to the value of approx. 100 000. This value is given by constructing the used NAND FLASH chips and does not depend on a specific producer. At present, it lies around the above-mentioned value of 100 000. Therefore use recording operations carefully and not in cycles with high repetitions and/or short periods.

- No agent, employee, distributor, or dealer of CUE, a.s. is authorized to modify this warranty or to make additional warranties on behalf of CUE, a.s. Statements, representations, or warranties made by any dealer do not constitute warranties by CUE, a.s. CUE, a.s. shall not be responsible or liable for any statement, representation, or warranty made by any dealer or other person. CUE, a.s. makes no other warranty beyond what is contained in this writing.
