> ℹ️ **Repeat **the following procedure **for all service accounts **required with respect to the CUE Solution functionality described [here](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/M3SG/pages/255918215).

- Go to "Admin / Users / Active users" in the side menu and click on "Add a user".
  
- Enter the username, display name, password, and other information for the service account. Uncheck the item "Make this user change their password. " and tap "Next". select a Microsoft 365 license used with this account. Then confirm by clicking on "Add".
  
- On the next page, select the license for the service account. Exchange Online (Plan 1) is sufficient for it. Continue by clicking "Next".
  
- Nothing needs to be set on the next page "Optional settings". The service account does not need administrator access. In the profile info section, you can optionally add suitable information. Continue by clicking "Next".
- On the last page, you can check your entries and create a service account by clicking "Finish adding".
- If the service account was created correctly, you will see the following screen. Click "Close" to finish.
  

> 📝 Creating an account may take a longer period of time, typically 15 minutes, but sometimes up to 24 hours.
