To improve **CUE Assist availability** and greater user comfort, the CUE Assist can be added to the [Microsoft 365 app launcher](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/meet-the-microsoft-365-app-launcher-79f12104-6fed-442f-96a0-eb089a3f476a).

The CUE Assist reservation application requires the **Microsoft 365 registered app** as described in the [Microsoft 265 Setup Guide](/space/M3SG). This application will then allow you to add CUE Assist to [Microsoft 365 app launcher](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/meet-the-microsoft-365-app-launcher-79f12104-6fed-442f-96a0-eb089a3f476a). The procedure is as follows.

## Set CUE Assist URL and Grant admin consent

- **Login **to your Microsoft 365 using an administrator account.
- Go to **Azure Active Directory** and select **App registrations**.
- In the apps list select **app created for CUE Assist connection agent** and double click to launch app edit section.

- Select **Branding & properties**.
- Enter the CUE Assist URL to the **Home page URL** field.
- You can upload your app **logo **here.

- Select **API permissions**.
- Press **Set admin consent for…** and confirm it by **Yes **button. Now you have application permissions set correctly (status “Granted for ...” is listed for all permissions).

## Set asignment and visible to users

- Still in Azure Active Directory select **Enterprise applications**.
- In the **apps list**, find the application for the **CUE Assist** connection agent and **open it**.

- Select **Properties**.
- Set **Assignment required** to the **Yes **value.
- Set **Visible to users** parametr to the **Yes **value.
- You can also set the **application logo** in this section. This logo will then be displayed on the [Microsoft 365 app launcher](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/meet-the-microsoft-365-app-launcher-79f12104-6fed-442f-96a0-eb089a3f476a).

## Assign CUE Assist users

- Still in Azure Active Directory **Enterprise applications** select **Users and groups**.
- Tap **+ Add user/group**.

- Tap **None Selected**.

- Pop-up window for selecting users and groups will open.
- Select the user or group of users to whom CUE Assist will be assigned here.
