The CUE Addin integrates reservation of rooms, workstations, parking spaces, and other types of shared resources with Microsoft Outlook.

To add bulk CUE Addin to Outlook for more or all users in your tenant, follow these steps:

- Login to [Microsoft 365 administration](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/M3SG/pages/280690735)
- Go to "Admin / Microsoft 365 admin center (… Show all) / Settings / Integrated apps". Here tap **Upload custom apps**.
  
- In the **App Type** field select **Office Add-in**.
  
- In the **Provide link to manifest file** field, enter a link to download the manifest file. This can be copied from CUE Admin from the touchONE-assist / Settings page from the **Experimental Outlook add-in manifest url** field.
  
- Then click **Validate **and **Next **on the Microsoft 365 administration page.
- On the next page, select which users you want to enable CUE Addin for. Here, select the users according to your requirements. Continue with **Next**.
  
- On the next page, you will see the permissions that CUE Addin requires. Confirm with the **Next **button.
  
- You will now see a summary of the complete setup. Confirm and complete the deployment with the **Finish deployment** button.
  
- It will now take a moment for the successful deployment confirmation window to appear. Click **Done **to complete the procedure.
  

> ⚠️ It may take several hours for CUE Addin to appear to users in Outlook.
