## Description

This document is intended for users of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016/2019. It describes the process of setting up accounts in the Exchange Server and the settings of touchONE panels working with this service.

There you will find basic information on the reservation system touchONE and a description of the common settings of the panels.

## Requirements for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010_2013_2016_2019

For proper functionality of the touchONE reservation system it is necessary to ensure the following:

- Service accounts and room (resource) accounts: i t is necessary to have at least one service account for every 9 rooms (Exchange 2010) or for every 25 rooms (Exchange 2013, 2016, 2019) managed with touchONE reservation system
- It is necessary to have enabled service EWS (Exchange Web Services). This service is enabled by default.
- The EWS service is provided on the Exchange server using the Internet Information Services (IIS) Web server. IIS must be in version 7.5 or later.

## Settings

In order to set the touchONE system, it is necessary to:

1. Prepare an account on the Microsoft Exchange Server.
2. Configure the touchONE panels.
