This document is intended for users of Microsoft 365 subscription, who already use the touchONE reservation system with firmware versions 19 and older.

Beginning October 13, 2020, Microsoft will retire Basic Authentication for EWS to access Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online. Because the touchONE reservation system has so far used this kind of access for Microsoft 365 (EWS and Basic Authentication), the new firmwares from version 20 supports new access for Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph and Modern Authentication. 

> ℹ️ Update - due to the pandemic situation, the end of  Basic Authentication support has been postponed to the first half of October 2022.

There is also implemented a **wizard **for easy conversion from EWS to Graph.
