We present webCUE - a **practical**,** easy-to-use**, and **cheap **solution for **simplified meeting room control** and **meeting management**. All is handled from the comfort of a personal device (BYOD) with a one-time license purchase. The web application is activated by scanning a QR code, which can be printed on a label or displayed on our touch panel. The webCUE app works seamlessly on all mobile platforms. Just enter the room and experience it for yourself.
