### **New User Reservation Tool **⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

(Photo 1) This new tool is serving as another part of the touchONE ecosystem. Next to the well known room panels, work place interfaces, overview units and interactive kiosks, we add a reservation app touchONE-assist. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

(Photo 2,3) It is a software, which allows to search rooms and workplaces by criteria (such as location, capacity, equipment, layout and more) throughout the whole company. You can reserve these rooms or workplaces (or cancel previous reservations) directly through the floorplans. There is also a possibility of multi-room reservation across locations. Every user signs in to Microsoft Office365 account using Misrosoft Identity Platform, works under their own identity and has a dashboard reservation overview. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
