# Microsoft 365

Changing the authorization requires some changes to the settings in the Microsoft 365 environment. You need to make the following changes for Microsoft 365:

- It is necessary to create a** Client Secret** for the Azure AD application
- You need to add delegated API permission **offline_access** for this application

A detailed description of the changes can be found **[here](https://manuals.touchone.online/space/M3SG/453083138)**.

These changes will not affect the functionality of touchONE-solution** up to version 5**, so you can **prepare in advance **before upgrading to version 6.

# Google Workspace

For Google Workspace, the Client Secret for touchONE-assist was already created according to the original procedure and could be added to the settings of the corresponding connection agent in the touchONE-admin. So you **don't need to change** anything in **Google Workspace settings**. Since the client secret has not yet been used, you need to check that it is set to the correct value in touchONE-admin after the update and re-enter it if necessary.

Details on how to create a **Client Secret for Google Workspace** can be found **[here](https://manuals.touchone.online/space/GWSG/463077523)**.

# Certificates

OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Flow also **requires** ASSIST, API and ADMIN websites to be signed with a **valid SSL certificate**.

**Self-signed **certificates are **not supported**.
