Recently we identified an issue on touchCUE and touchONE panels with hardware **revision 24**. The problem creates touch and reservation panels unresponsive after some long time without use with the screensaver. Our R&D localized the issue brought about by one new chip used on the board. Therefore is mandatory on the following models with hardware revision 24: - touchCUE-7 - serial numbers CS0451.R24.00xxxx - touchCUE-10 - serial numbers CS0559.R24.00xxxx - touchCUE-7-B - serial numbers CS0452.R24.00xxxx - touchCUE-10-B - serial numbers CS0560.R24.00xxxx - touchCUE-7-M - serial numbers CS0539.R24.00xxxx - touchCUE-10-M - serial numbers CS0561.R24.00xxxx - touchONE-7-M - serial numbers CS0528.R24.00xxxx - touchIONE-10-M - serial numbers CS0563.R24.00xxxx to update the firmware to versions: - **14.00j** for touchCUE panels - all FW is available in **[CVC 15.00.1177](https://cuesystem.com/EN/Downloads)** released this week. - **29.00c** for touchONE panels - can be downloaded from **[this site](https://touchone.eu/EN/Software-And-Firmware)**. and higher. > ⚠️ If you are using **touchONE-7-M **or** touchONE-10-M** in hardware revision **R24 **with a **touchONE-solution** version **older than 5.14.3**, **do not update** reservation panels to firmware **29.00c**. First, it is necessary to update the software touchONE-solution to version 6, which will be available in the week starting on July 18, 2022. > ⚠️ > ⚠️ The combination of the 29.00c firmware with the older touchONE-solution firmware may cause a panel malfunction. Please proceed accordingly to prevent from repair claim, which might not be necessary. We regularly monitor all issues and work hard to ensure the high reliability of our products.
