We have made some** changes** to our reservation application **touchONE-assist**. These changes are reflected in the **central administration**. Let's take a **closer look**, shall we?

> ℹ️ The touchONE-assist now always uses data caching to optimize speed. For this reason, the **Connection agent for API operations** must be set up **for all** resources used in touchONE-assist.

- **Improved import and synchronization** of resources and users from external servers.
- It is now possible to** import and sync** users and resources only **from specific groups **defined in Microsoft 365. This will significantly **speed up synchronization** in large companies with many user accounts.
- **New analytical templates** offer configurable data import parameters. In the configuration sheet, it is possible to set the Data source URL, the time period from which the data is imported and the Maximum number of records. This is useful for large data sets where the number of records exceeds the capabilities of Excel.
