# Description

The touchCUE-10-W is a wired on-wall touch panel offering a clean, modern design with edge-to-edge front glass. Fully compatible with CUE controllers and interfaces, this touch panel provides the ultimate one-touch solution for meeting rooms, conference rooms, boardrooms, and high-tech homes.

It can be installed in a **landscape **or **portrait **position and is an ideal front-end for wall, lectern, or furniture on-wall applications.

The 10.1” active-matrix **touchscreen display** offers a resolution of 1 280 x 800 pixels (landscape mode) or 800 x 1 280 pixels (portrait mode), and it produces stunning true-color images. The touch panel is equipped with a projected capacitive touch overlay.

Native support for standard video formats allows you to **view live streaming video** from IP cameras and other Ethernet-connected video sources. The video can be freely combined with other graphic objects within the user interface created with Cue Visual Composer.5

Using support for **web browsing**, it is possible to directly control devices that provide a web user interface and combine it with layouts created with Cue Visual Composer. Web browsing control is particularly suitable for devices that have a complex user interface with many functions, typically audio and video players. Web browsing can also be used for other web-based services.

The touch panel offers **PoE **(Power over Ethernet) technology enabling an Ethernet network cable to deliver data and power. A single cable Ethernet connection provides easy network integration.

The touch panel installs easily on a glass wall or other flat surface without any wall drilling or surface cutting. When installed, it **protrudes only 23 mm** from the mounting surface.

> # Installation
>
> The panel installs on the wall easily by using the mounting adapter with adhesive foil or with screws. Cable bushings are prepared for network cable installation from all four directions and the rear side.
>
> Installation **using black adhesive foil** is typically used for a glass wall. Delivered adhesive foil is installed on the wall and then the touch panel is attached by adhesive tape installed on the rear side of the mounting adapter.
>
> Installation **using screws** can be used for wooden walls, and furniture as well as for holders compatible with VESA standards 75 x 75 or 100 x 100. There are four holes on the back of the mounting adapter for each variant.

> > ℹ️ **When installing, use flexible flat or round cables with a maximum diameter of 5 mm. CAT5 and CAT5e category cables are sufficient for proper panel functionality. **
> > ℹ️
> > ℹ️ **Cables of higher categories have too large a diameter, a large allowable bend radius, and are not flexible enough for easy panel installation.**

> ### Installation template
>
> To prepare the installation, an installation template is available at a scale of 1 : 1.
>
>
>
> With this template, you can directly mark the drilling locations on the wall. Download the PDF and print it on A4 paper in landscape mode at 100% scale. After printing, check the dimensions according to the marked dimensions.
>
> ### Installation steps
>
> 1. Install the mounting adapter on the wall using adhesive foil or screws according to the surface type.
> 2. Fit the panel onto the mounting adapter so that the thorns fit into the corresponding holes in the back of the panel. **The panel is held on the adapter by magnets.**
> 3. Fix the panel with screws at the corners of the panel. We recommend tightening preferably all 4 screws, but **at least one in each corner** of the panel.
