**Microsoft Outlook add-in for resource reservation**

# Description

The CUE Addin integrates reservation of rooms, workstations, parking spaces, and other types of shared resources with Microsoft Outlook.

It allows users to **search for shared resources** directly when making a reservation in the Microsoft Outlook calendar. Searching with **filters **is based on the properties of each type of resource, such as room capacity, location in the building, position, etc. These properties are set by the reservation system administrator via the CUE Admin administration application. The add-in primarily displays the resources that are available at the requested reservation time. The second way of displaying offers a list of all resources with an indication of their availability. The resource selected by the user is automatically **added to the event location**.

For each resource, you can view its **details**, e.g. source type, room capacity, equipment, photos, location, etc.

Like other CUE Solution user applications, the Outlook add-in is available in **several languages**.

# How to install addin

### Use Microsoft 365 admin center

Once the CUE Solution is configured in your organization, the adminstrator can deploy the add-in for Microsoft Outlook clients using Microsoft integrated apps center. Use the followig description for add-ins deployment and management:

### User installation
