This dashboard shows the basic resource type data in the form of a chart and a table.

 

## Filters

Filters allow you to view statistics by individual selection criteria.

- **Time range**
- **Resource**
- **Location**
- **Resource type**
- **Capacity**

 

## Chart: Planned usage of resources vs. Real usage of resources

This chart shows the total scheduled event time and the total actual event time.

- **Green - shows the average planned usage of resources over time**
  - Total planned duration / Total working minutes per day
- **Blue - shows the average real usage of resources over time**
  - Total real duration / Total working minutes per day

 

## Table: Basic overview

In the table, you can see basic statistics for each resource type, e.g. number of reservations, average resource usage, average event duration, and others

- **Resource type**
- **Number of reservations**
- **Average planned resource usage **(in percentage)
  - Total planned duration / total working minutes per day
- **Average real resource usage **(in percentage)
  - Total real duration / total working minutes per day
- **Average reservation count per day**
  - Total number of reservations / number of days
- **Average planned reservation duration**
  - Total planned duration / number of days
- **Average real reservation duration**
  - Total real duration / number of days
- **Total reservation duration**
  - Total time in minutes for the selected period
