This dashboard shows the reservation overview from a organizer perspective in the form of a table.

 

## Filters

Filters allow you to view statistics by individual selection criteria.

- **User**
- **Resource**
- **Location**
- **Resource type**

 

## Table: Reservation overview by user

In the table, you can see data concerning the organizer, room usage, event start, event end, and others. The data can be sorted in ascending or descending order according to the selected column.

- **User**
  - The name of the user who is the event organizer
- **Subject**
  - The subject of the reservation (the name of the event)
- **Email**
  - The organizer´s email
- **Room efficiency **(in percentage)
  - Number of attendees / resource capacity
- **Start**
  - Date and time of the event start
- **End**
  - Date and time of the event end
- **Resource**
  - The name of the resource
- **Location**
  - The place where the resource is located
- **Capacity**
  - The capacity of the resource
- **Number of attendees**
  - The number of participants invited to the event
