### CUE Admin → Languages → Export

- In the drop-down menu, select the languages you want to have in the resulting Excel file for editing.
  - If you don't see the required language, add it in the **General** tab by ticking the relevant check box in the Active user translation column.

- Check all the items you want to translate and press the EXPORT button at the top-right corner of the view.
- You will download an Excel file where you can make the desired translations in the individual tabs.

> ℹ️ **Never change the ID column in the file!**

- Save and import the resulting file.


### CUE Admin → Languages → Import 

- Upload the excel file with the translations.
- In the drop-down menu, select the languages you want to import.
  - If you don't see the required language, add it in the **General** tab by ticking the relevant check box in the Active user translation column.

- Check all the items you want to import and press the IMPORT button at the top-right corner of the view.

> ℹ️ **We recommend to back up the exported Excel file.**
