Since version 11 CUE Solution allows you to **[manage control system units (controllers and touch panels)](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CVCBP/pages/1372553259)**** **and **Cue Visual Composer (CVC) projects** for these control systems. The management of control units is the same as you are used to with reservation units. In CUE Admin you can see **an overview of the units **including their status, firmware, area assignment, etc. and you can **filter and edit them in bulk**. Firmwares in units are automatically updated with the Solution version.


> ℹ️ Here we describe an example project for a small meeting room. There are **10 rooms** in the building, each with:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ - one controller
> ℹ️ - one touchpanel
> ℹ️ - one projector
> ℹ️ - one switcher
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ The rooms have the **same equipment and the same control program (project)** and **differ only in password, IP address and port of the projector and IP address and port of the switch**.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ In **CVC** the project is prepared and exported ([Explore CVC User interface manual](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CVCIDE/pages/1360265222)) so that these parameters can be set in CUE Solution. 
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ So we need **one project** in CUE Solution and from this project we need to create **10 instances**, one for each room. Then we assign controllers and touchpanels and set the appropriate parameters (IP addresses and projector ports, etc.) for each instance.

## Projects grid

On the **Projects **page you can manage in grid **Cue Visual Composer (CVC) projects** for CUE control system devices.

- <span style="color: #403294">**Unique name**</span><span style="color: #0747a6">** **</span>- the name of the project
- <span style="color: #403294">**Last modified**</span> - time of the last modification of the project in CUE Solution
- <span style="color: #403294">**File**</span> - here is the information about the **.cuesolutionproject* file exported from CVC
  - <span style="color: #403294">**Name**</span><span style="color: #0747a6"> </span>- name of **.cuesolutionproject* file
  - <span style="color: #403294">**Created **</span>- time when the **.cuesolutionproject* file was exported from CVC
  - <span style="color: #403294">**Uploaded**</span><span style="color: #0747a6"> </span>- time when the project was uploaded to CUE Solution
- <span style="color: #403294">**Instances **</span><span style="color: #0747a6">- </span>basic information about the number of project instances
  - <span style="color: #403294">**In use**</span><span style="color: #0747a6"> - </span>number of fully configured project instances
  - <span style="color: #403294">**All **</span>- total number of project instances

## Actions

> ⚠️ Before creating the new project, we recommend to create the controllers/touchpanels that will be used in instances of this project in the [Units ](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/562888713)menu. The units do not need to be registered but should exist in the **Units list**.

#### NEW

Click the button  to add a **new project**. This opens **Project detail** page for creating new project on the [General](https://docs.cuesystem.com/space/TAM/1382187012)** **tab by default.

#### EDIT

Use  button to **edit the selected project**. This opens **Project detail** page for editing projects.

#### DELETE

Click  button to delete a selected project from the configuration. From the units that are assigned to any instance of this project, the project (control application) will be stopped and deleted.

Don't forget to save your changes via the  button.
