#### Organizer replacement type

If the resource account is given as an organizer, this property selects modifications of the displayed organizer. The following options are available:

- **None **– the panel displays the meeting organizer as it is stored on the calendar server, and no change occurs. This is the default value.
- **Replace resource account with delegate account** – if the event organizer is the account of the given room (e.g. DEMO ROOM), the delegate account used for the given room (e.g. TOUCHONE) will be displayed on the panel.
- **Replace resource account with text** – if the event organizer is the account of the given room (e.g. DEMO ROOM), the text is set in the “Organizer replacement text” item (e.g. “Booked by reservation system “) will be displayed on the panel instead of the organizer.

Change of the displayed organizer only works with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange accounts.

#### Organizer replacement text

This text replaces the organizer if the property “Organizer replacement type” is set to “Replace resource account with the text”.
