#### Reservation suite name

#### Min. event duration (minutes)

The minimum length of an event is created using the panel.  
Default value: 15 minutes  
Min. value: 5 minutes  
Max. value: 60 minutes.

#### Max. event duration (minutes)

The maximum length of an event is created using the panel. The default value is 1 440 minutes (24 hours), lasting until the end of the day at maximum. That means the maximal duration is limited to midnight of the given day. if you enter 0 or delete the value, the maximum length of the reservation – until the end of the day – will be set.  
Default value: 1440 minutes (24 hours)  
Min. value: 30 minutes  
Max. value: 1 440 minutes (24 hours).

#### Max. extended event duration (minutes)

The maximum length of an event is extended using the panel. The default value is 1 440 minutes (24 hours), lasting until the end of the day at maximum. That means the maximal duration is limited to midnight of the given day.  
Default value: 1 440 minutes (24 hours)  
Min. value: 30 minutes  
Max. value: 1 440 minutes.

#### Max. advance reservation

This value defines how many days ahead you can make reservations using the panel. If “Ad hoc events only” is selected, you can only create events that start at the current time.  
Default value: Current day  
Min. value: Ad hoc events only  
Max. value: 1 month

#### Mask server failure for (minutes)

The time for which there will be no error message shown on the panel in case of loss of communication with the server. It means that if the loss of communication period is shorter than the set time, no error message will be shown on the panel. In the course of such loss, the panel may not display up-to-date information.  
Default value: 15 minutes  
Min. value: 0 minutes  
Max. value: 120 minutes.

#### Mark as occupied before event starts (minutes)

The time before the scheduled beginning of the event when the resource will be marked as occupied. For example, if this item is set to 10 minutes (as is the default setting) and the actual beginning of the event is at 10:00, the resource will be marked as occupied from 09:50.  
Default value: 10 minutes  
Min. value: 0 minutes  
Max. value: 20 minutes.

#### Occupancy indication

The reservation system makes it possible to connect sensors identifying the presence of people in the room and display this information on the panel. The way of connecting the sensors to the reservation system is described in a separate manual.  
Select how you wish room occupancy to be displayed on the panel if occupancy sensors are integrated with the reservation suite. The following options are available:

- Disabled – sensor information on occupancy is not applied. This is the default value.
- Red and green stripe – the presence of people in the room is indicated by a vertical red stripe on the left side of the panel. The absence of people is indicated by a green stripe.

- Orange area – if the room is reserved in the calendar, but nobody is in the room (the sensor does not identify the presence of people), the main screen turns orange instead of red.

#### Enable find a free resource

If checked other free resources can be searched and booked through the reservation system panels. If not checked only the resource for which the panel is intended can be booked.
