This section describes how to join a specific unit to CUE Admin. Before you start joining the unit, the unit must exist in CUE Admin. Create all units you want to join in the section [Units](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/162004993).

The unit must know the following data to be able to connect to CUE Admin:

- CUE Solution server API URL (see chapter [Units](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/162004993))
- Password
- Magic name

A unit can be joined to CUE Admin in the following ways:
