Delegate is typically a user account with access to the required service (resource calendar, AD, email, etc.). You can add and edit delegates here.

#### <span style="color: #0747a6">Name</span>

This column contains the name of the delegate.

#### <span style="color: #0747a6">Username</span>

This column contains the username of the delegate account as a set on the Exchange / Office 365 server.

#### <span style="color: #0747a6">Connection agent count</span>

Here is the number of connection agents in which the delegate is used. If this number is greater than 0, the delegate cannot be deleted.

## Add new delegate

Click on the button to add a new delegate.

#### <span style="color: #0747a6">Name</span>

Enter the delegate's name here. This name is used for your clear orientation in the settings.

#### <span style="color: #0747a6">Username</span>

Enter here the username of the delegate account as a set on the Exchange /Office 365 server.

- For the Exchange server, the username is typically in the format **username** or **domain/username**, e.g. **touchone** or **contoso/touchone**.
- For Office 365, the username is typically in the email format, e.g. **touchone@contoso.com**.

#### <span style="color: #0747a6">Password</span>

Enter here the password for the delegate account.

#### <span style="color: #0747a6">Server type</span>

This option is used only for testing the delegate account. Here, select the type of server (Exchange / Office 365) against which the delegate account will be tested.

#### <span style="color: #0747a6">Server Exchange & AD</span>

This option is used only for testing the delegate account. If you are testing a delegate account against an Exchange server, select a specific Exchange server here.

#### <span style="color: #0747a6">Server Office 365</span>

This option is used only for testing the delegate account. If you are testing a delegate account against Office 365, select a specific Office 365 server (i.e. Registered App) here.

You can use the button to test whether the delegate account can log in to the server.

## Edit delegate

Click the button to edit the specific record.

## Delete delegate

Click the button to delete the specific delegate.

## Delete more delegates

Select more records using check-boxes and then use the button to delete all selected records.
