This chapter describes how to open the Admin Web of touchONE units (panels, touchONE-overview, etc.).

To access the Admin Web of touchONE units you need a computer with an internet browser. The computer must be connected to the same LAN network as the touchONE units. The Admin Web pages can be opened in one of the following ways:

1. On a computer that is in the same LAN as your reservation suite, run Cue Network Scanner.exe (formerly Reservation Suite Scanner.exe), which you can download from [www.touchone.eu](https://www.touchone.eu/EN/Software-And-Firmware), section Software & Firmware. This application does not require installation. Cue Network Scanner searches the network and lists all CUE devices. At the top left, you can select the filter of displayed units by type. Select *Show all* or *Show touchONE only*. Double-clicking on the selected unit will launch the default web browser and open the Admin Web of that unit.
2. Run File Explorer on your computer and select *Network* in the left part of the screen. On the right you will see a list of devices found in your network. The units of the touchONE systems can be found in the section *Other devices*. If you double click on the desired touchONE unit, the internet browser will start running, the unit IP address will be entered automatically and the Admin Web of the given panel will open in the browser. To enable your computer to find the touchONE units, network identification has to be switched on your computer. In Windows 10 this can be done in the following manner: select *Start / Settings / Network & Internet*. Then select *Wi-Fi* (if your computer has a wireless connection to the network) or *Ethernet* (if your computer is connected through a cable) in the left half of the screen. If you are connected by cable, click on your network connection in the right part. If you are using Wi-Fi, click on the item *Advanced options* below the list of available Wi-Fi networks. Then set the item *Make this PC discoverable* to *On*).
3. This option is available for units with monitor output, as touchONE-overview, touchONE-concentrator. Connect any monitor to the HDMI output of the touchONE-manager. Your monitor must be capable of displaying FullHD resolution (1920 × 1080). You will see the current IP settings on the monitor. In the *IP address* line, the current IP address is shown. You will only see this page on the touchONE-overview if it is not joined in the reservation suite. Run the Internet browser on your PC and type in the unit IP address.
4. This option is available for touchONE panels: Enter the setup screen of the touchONE panel (tap and hold the panel in the left part of the room name area for about 5 seconds until keyboard appears along with “Enter password” notice, then enter the password you have chosen during the creation of the reservation suite) and press the *Change IP settings* button. On the following screen, you will see the current IP address. You can close the setup screen on the panel without making any changes by tapping the cross in the corner. Run the Internet browser on your PC and type in the unit IP address.
