## Introduction

This manual will guide you through the initial setup of the **CUE Solution** system after installation. The configuration includes license verification and email sending setup.

When you log in for the first time, you need to create a reservation suite. If the reservation suite is not defined, the window “Register” is displayed automatically.

The reservation suite is the group of reservation system units (reservation system panels, touchONE-overview, etc.) managed by the CUE Admin.

## License Verification

Before proceeding with the system registration, you must verify the license file.

1. In the **Registration** section, enter **Reservation suite name** (minimum of 4 characters, e.g., CUE Solution). The name is used for identifying units and reservation suites.
2. In the **Registrator verification** section, upload the license file with the **.cuelic** extension by clicking on **Select Files** or dragging the file into the designated area.
3. Once the file is uploaded, the system will verify whether you are authorized to proceed.

## System Settings

Fill in the following details:

- **Admin email** – the system administrator’s email. Use a valid email that can be used for password recovery.
- **Department** – the department responsible for the reservation system (mandatory field).
- **First name / Last name** – administrator’s first and last name (mandatory fields).
- **Admin password** – administrator’s password (12 to 128 characters). The password must contain at least 3 of the following 4 groups: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Additionally, it cannot contain more than 2 identical characters in a row (e.g., '111mine'). It must be entered twice for confirmation. This password is used to log into touchONE-admin and to link panels to the reservation suite. It is not stored in AD.

After completing these fields, you can proceed with configuration for sending email.

## Test Email Sending

Here you can test whether sending emails from CUE Solution works correctly.

1. Enter the recipient’s email address in the **Recipient for test email** field. The admin email is pre-filled automatically.
2. Click **Test**.
3. If the communication with the server goes well, the message **Test was successful** will be displayed, otherwise the errors that occurred will be listed. Even if the test is successful, check the target email box to make sure that the test email was actually delivered to it and was not, for example, blocked by an antispam filter.

## Completing Registration

Once everything is correctly configured, click **Register** to finalize the initial system setup.

After completing these steps, **CUE Solution** is ready for use!
