This section is used to create and manage recurring weekly working hours schedules for CUE Calendar resources, such as workplaces, shared offices, or meeting rooms. Each timetable defines the days and times when a resource is available for reservations. The same timetable can be used by multiple resources.

The overview displays the timetable names and their time intervals from Monday to Sunday. Timetables can be added, edited, or deleted, including the option to delete multiple timetables at once.

### Adding a New Timetable

A new timetable can be added by clicking the :new: button. The following settings are defined for each timetable:

- **Name** – A descriptive name that clearly identifies the timetable, e.g., *Standard Working Hours* or *Shared Office Working Hours*.
- **Active days** – The days of the week on which the resource is available. A day is activated by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
- **Time intervals** – The working hours for each active day. Once a day is activated by selecting the corresponding checkbox, the option to define its time intervals becomes available. Multiple intervals can be defined for a single day, e.g., 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00. The time between intervals represents a period when the resource is unavailable, such as a lunch break.

Days that are not selected have no working hours defined, and the resource is displayed as closed in CUE Assist.

> ℹ️ A new timetable can also be created when adding a new resource in CUE Calendar, using the :PLUS: button on the *[Working hours](https://cue.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TAM/pages/1323466756/CUE+Calendar+resource+management#Adding-a-new-resource-to-CUE-Calendar)* tab.

### Editing a Timetable

An existing timetable can be edited using the :upravit1: button.

### Deleting a Timetable

An existing timetable can be deleted using the :smazat1: button next to the corresponding timetable. To delete multiple timetables at once, the required timetables can be selected using the checkboxes in the list and then deleted using the :delete2: button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

> ℹ️ When a timetable is deleted, it is automatically unassigned from all resources to which it was previously assigned. As a result, these resources are no longer subject to working hours restrictions.
