CUE Navigation supports outdoor GPS navigation.

When setting it up, follow the steps below:

- The floor plan used for navigation must match real-world proportions as accurately as possible. Maintaining correct scale is essential for proper navigation functionality and accurate route calculation.

- Draw exactly three POIs on the floor plan at any three locations, ensuring that they are **not too close to each other** and do **not lie on a straight line**.

- Obtain GPS coordinates for the selected points using a map service such as Google Maps. Ensure that each point is selected as precisely as possible to match the corresponding POI location on the floor plan. Alternatively, you can first identify three clearly recognizable points in Google Maps (e.g. building corners) and then place the corresponding POIs at matching positions on the floor plan.

- Go to *Smart building* → *Areas* and select the floor plan where GPS navigation should be enabled.

- In Editor, create all three POIs one by one` using the :addnew: button and, in the pop-up window, enter the POI name and its coordinates in the *Latitude* and *Longitude* fields.

- Once all three POIs are correctly created, a green indicator appears next to *Layers* in the top bar.

- Click the:GPS: button to highlight in green the points on the floor plan that have GPS coordinates assigned. This is especially useful when the floor plan contains many other POIs, as all POIs share the same icon.
