Below is a description of the different phases of the navigation configuration:

- Creating a tree structure for the facilities to navigate (division into areas, buildings, floors, zones, etc.).
- Uploading maps (floor plans) to the navigation. The maps floorplans must be in accordance with the specifications we have provided. **The cost of the navigation configuration does not include the creation or modification of maps. **
- Creation of Point of Interest (POI) categories - these are general categories (e.g. elevator, staircase, toilet, restaurant, ATM, etc.) that can be navigated to.
- Creation of specific POIs and their corresponding QR codes (name, category, assignment of the correct license, setting of POI properties).
- Placing POIs on the map and assigning QR codes.
- Creating routes between points. These routes are then used to navigate the person from point A to point B.
- Creation of resources (e.g. shops, surgeries, parking spaces, meeting rooms, etc.) to which the required information is assigned (e.g. name, opening/meeting times, uploaded images, contact details, properties) – only applies if it´s part of the required solution.
- Plotting and assigning resources to the navigation - only applies if it´s part of the required solution.
- Setting up licenses.
- Creating the URL for the kiosk, setting the required properties of the kiosk.

**Notes:**

- POI is a point on the map (e.g. building entrance, kiosk location, etc.), Resource is an area on the map (e.g. store, room, parking space, etc.). Both can be navigated to.
