### Visible only under login

For the following options, a selected checkbox means that the information is visible only to authenticated users. If the checkbox is not selected, the information may also be displayed to anonymous users.

**In navigation**

When selected, the resource is hidden from anonymous users in CUE Navigation. It is not displayed in search results or on the map and becomes visible only after the user signs in.

> ℹ️ This is the primary visibility setting for the resource. If it is enabled, the individual visibility settings described below do not affect anonymous users.

**Display name**

When selected, the actual resource name is visible only to authenticated users. Anonymous visitors see the alternative display name instead.

Selecting this option displays the *Private display name placeholder* field, where you can enter a neutral name to be shown to anonymous users, such as “Private” or “Meeting room”.

**Resource type**

When selected, the resource type is hidden from anonymous users. They cannot see whether the resource is a meeting room, workspace, or another type of resource.

**Capacity**

When selected, the resource capacity is visible only to authenticated users. Anonymous users cannot see how many people the resource is intended to accommodate.

**Description**

When selected, the resource description is hidden from anonymous users.

**Working hours**

When selected, the resource working hours are visible only to authenticated users. Anonymous users cannot see when the resource is available.

**Images**

When selected, images, videos, Matterport tours, and audio files assigned to the resource are visible only to authenticated users. Anonymous users can still view the resource, but its media are hidden.

**Event subject**

When selected, the titles of ongoing reservations and events are visible only to authenticated users. This prevents anonymous users from seeing information such as the title of an internal meeting.

**Event organizer**

When selected, the event organizer’s name is visible only to authenticated users. This helps protect users’ personal information.

**Event real start, real end**

When selected, the actual start and end times of ongoing events are visible only to authenticated users. This setting applies only to the timing of the current event and does not affect the resource working hours.

**Status resource availability**

This option determines whether anonymous users can view the current availability and schedule of the resource.

- **Public (also show in navigation and kiosk) ** – The resource status (such as *Free* or *Reserved*) and the related scheduling information are visible to both anonymous and authenticated users.
- **Only under login** – The resource availability and schedule are visible only after the user signs in. The resource itself may still be visible in CUE Navigation. For example, anonymous users can see its name and description, but not whether it is currently available or reserved.

### Actions with events in units

This section determines who is allowed to **reserve**, **extend**, **finish**, and **confirm** events directly on the reservation panel assigned to the resource.

The following permission levels are available in the drop-down lists for individual operations:

- **Anonymously** - Anyone can perform the operation directly on the reservation panel without signing in or identification. This is the least restrictive permission level.
- **Any user from the CUE Solution who has rights to the resource** - The user must identify themselves and have permission to access the resource. If the resource is not restricted by any additional user or group assignments, any authenticated CUE Solution user is considered authorized.
- **All participants of the event from users in the CUE Solution** - The operation can be performed only by authenticated participants of the current event. The user must be listed as an attendee of the event and must be recognized by CUE Solution.
- **Event organizer from users in CUE Solution** - Only the organizer of the current event is allowed to perform the operation. The organizer must identify themselves using an account recognized by CUE Solution. This is the most restrictive permission level.
