The Dashboard is the main operational overview page of the administration. It gives you a single place to check service status, licensing, device status, and background processes.

### CUE Assist, CUE Navigation

This section is mainly used for a quick check that integration services are active and reachable. It shows:

- CUE Assist status and environment link
- CUE Navigation status and environment link
- CUE Outlook Addin manifest URL link

### Licenses

The Licenses section is tied to a specific license (for example CS0604.000134) and shows specific expiration dates for:

- CUE Solution expiration
- Resource licenses expiration
- POI licenses expiration
- Kiosk licenses expiration

### Units

The Units section provides a device status summary and shows the number of units in each status. It may also display a warning when some unit firmware versions are outdated.

- Online
- Offline
- Unregistered

### Background task status

This is the key operational section. Each task shows:

- Status
- Last run
- Next planned run
- Last run status

Tasks shown here:

- Event synchronization
- Resource schedules caching
- Users and Resources synchronization
- Connection agents device code flow - token refreshing
- Logs cleanup
- Elastic search, Kibana analytics

For Users and resources from the *calendar server*, the dashboard also provides direct links to import results.

### Why Dashboard matters

The dashboard is the primary system health-check view. In a few seconds, it lets you verify that:

- critical services are running and reachable,
- licenses are valid and not close to expiration,
- devices are in the expected state,
- scheduled processes are running successfully without failures.

This helps you detect operational issues quickly and jump directly to the relevant system area for resolution.
