In this section you can set and customize the date and time format and the content of email templates and reservations in CUE Assist, using more complex placeholders or by entering values directly.

## Date format and Time format 

Use [Custom date and time format strings](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/standard/base-types/custom-date-and-time-format-strings) in order to **define the format of date and time across all the notification emails** containing time specific information. The default set up is ***dd.MM.yy*** for date and ***HH:mm*** for time.

## Placeholder {orders} for order structure - used for e-mail templates

This placeholder is used for email templates regarding orders for events.

## Placeholder {assist-app-navigation-info} - used for e-mail templates and reservations in CUE Assist

> ℹ️ Only relevant if CUE Navigation is also set up within CUE Solution.

This placeholder is used for email templates and reservations containing link to navigation in CUE Assist.

## Placeholder {event-confirmation-text}

This placeholder is used for email templates regarding a requirement to confirm a reservation.

This placeholder is used for email templates regarding possible ways to confirm a reservation.
