Working hours define the period during which a resource is available. For reservable resources, they determine when the resource can be reserved. For non-reservable resources, they indicate the resource’s operating hours.

The Working Hours settings depend on how the resource was created.

- For resources synchronized from a calendar server (such as Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange), the working hours are synchronized automatically. These fields are read-only in CUE Admin and can only be modified on the calendar server. After making changes on the calendar server, synchronize the **Connection Agent for Import** to apply the updated working hours in CUE Solution.
- For resources created manually in CUE Admin, the working hours are not synchronized and must be configured on this tab.
